Great and ideal location, within walking distance of Porta Pia. Great weekend in this quiet area. Enjoyable breakfast to start the day with pastries, meats plus slices of cheese...
Wi-Fi was slow.

The place was clean with public parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. All the staff members were honest and polite. This accommodation was in the very central location by restaurants. Appreciated my stay, did not want to leave: )
Nothing negative to say.

Price / performance ratio was appropriate for location (city center) and the time of travel (over New Year's Eve). Helpful reception. No waiting. Room service fast and thorough. All the highlights of Rome are within easy walking distance.
I'm not spoiled but the pillows were heavy and the room really extremely small, but as a couple in love that was easy to get over.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness of the room was great.
There was nothing we didnt like, however its a 15 minute walk to the spanish steps and the center area which was convenient for us as walking in Rome is amazing.

The bed was comfortable, the room service was very good, the bathroom was very good, the valet parking was very good, but expensive, but in Rome without alternative, if you are there by car
the room was only for 1 person, 1 chair, 1 bath towel, the breakfast was poor, late replenishment of empty containers, the service in the BlueBar was very slow

The location is perfect for exploring Rome. There are also some nice eateries / restaurants within walking distance.

My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The food was delicious and the menu offered a good and different choice of dishes. Staff were attentive and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed at The Empire Palace Hotel, and both stays have been very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in rome.

The Classic Double Room was clean and cozy, perfect for escaping the heat outside. The shower had great water pressure. I also loved the little touches like bathrobes and slippers. The overall style of the room had a charming old-world vibe that was pretty cool. No major complaints, just a solid, comfy space to come back to each day.
